Castro painting is NOT reliable. He makes an appointment and doesn't keep it. He also changes the price that he gives you originally. He was very rude and disrespectful. It was a terrible experience. Very high priced, and NOT reliable at all. I would never use him again or recommend him to anyone. It would be a big mistake to hire him. Do yourself a huge favor and call someone else. I would give him zero stars if possible. He is a very dishonest person.
