Carlos and his guys just did an amazing job painting my 1872 Victorian. I was honestly a little intimidated by the amount of work that had to go into this, and was worried that whoever I hired would keep upping the price as we went along. Carlos, however, was incredible. We walked through all the details of the job up front - from prep work, to removing and painting shutters, to reglazing the windows and even taking down and painting the wooden screens on the windows. There was some wood rot that he replaced, and the guys even replaced three broken window panes they found as they went along.
