    I started training in March of 2022. Whether you are young or old, a serious competitor or just looking to get back in shape, Professor Luigi and his team have created an excellent atmosphere to learn BJJ. The depth in all belt levels is important too....there are many upper level belts (including MANY black belts) that are more then willing to teach newer students. I was welcomed on my first day with fist bumps and introductions, which I wasn't expecting, but was impressed by how easy going the team appeared. I attend 4-5 days a week now. I wish I had found them 20 years ago. I highly recommend ATT /Kore in CT. They have created a great community. ?

    Amazing training environment at kore ATT CT. Professional and friendly, with high level practitioners. As a guest from a foreign country (Luxembourg) I could not have felt more welcomed. Thank you Prof. Mondelli!

    When you think of American Top Team you may think of popular names such as Jorge Masvidal, Dustin Poirier, or Amanda Nunes. But when I think of American Top Team in Connecticut, there is no name bigger than Luigi Mondelli. He is greatly respected in the martial arts community and has many accolades to his name.You will most definitely want to attend this school for the wealth of knowledge of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, as well as Kickboxing/Muay-Thai and MMA.
