“I have not been to urgent care in decades and was not sure what to expect. When they called my name, I walked back with the medical assistant (not sure of her name). She was very friendly, professional, and the patient history and taking of vitals was very pleasant and enjoyable. I then saw the PA (Melissa Salonia). She too was very professional and friendly. In addition, I sensed the feeling that she actually cares for you as a patient and is concerned for your well being. The next morning she called me back to provide me with my test results and additional treatment plan.

This was a very pleasant experience and I will not hesitate to use this urgent care facility in the future.
