Dr Massoumi and his staff are exceptional professionals. From the moment of checking in they totally, graciously assisted me with completing my electronic info…patiently and friendly then directing me into Dr Massoumi’s personal professionally designed office. Dr Massoumi immediately greeted me shaking my hand to welcome me to joining his dental practice. We sat down to exchange information on what brought me in today. He listened thoroughly with sincere interest of getting to know me and also his background. Have had all dentists in the practice work on me at one point or another as well as having cleanings from several dental hygienists, most recently Abby. All have been great, you really can’t go wrong, but Abby’s my new favorite
Have had a couple appointments for chipped teeth or damaged fillings over the last few years, Dr. Fidorciew or Dr. Kolbig have been able to get me into the office quickly to evaluate the situation and have even been able to fix it up immediately. Everyone in the office is great
I consider this practice one of the best in Connecticut. We have recommended Dr. Fiderico to many friends and they all immediately can’t thank us enough. The office staff is great, along with all the other supporting staff. I highly recommend this practice !
