“I took my labrador to Glastonbury Veterinary Hospital in a pinch because there was a fire in our regular vet's office. The office staff at GVH was able to get my pup in for services right away. I loved how gentle and attentive the vet tech was. Moreover, I was blown away by Dr. Haviar. Dr. Haviar carefully explained the etiology of my dog's ear infection. He then showed me the proper way to clean his ears and administer medicine. He was so gentle and patient with my dog, who is absolutely terrified of the vet. You can tell Dr. Haviar and his team love animals. Can't recommend this office enough!“

The team at AA gave her a thorough evaluation and diagnosed her with an acute liver problem. They gave her fluids overnight and miraculously brought her back to life. “My pups have been patients at this practice for over 12 years. I do agree with some comments regarding pricing, however, they have always worked well with me to get appointments and in an emergency have been truly responsive. Dr Kumar has put down 3 of my pups when they no longer had a good quality of life and the experience was nothing but wonderful. Calm, caring, spent time with us and then let us sit with Kayla, Pookie and Yodi as long as we wished. I find the level of expertise on the surgical side is also incredible. A new vet was recently hired who I find to be very Simpatico. For those who don't know Spanish, it does not mean sympathetic. It is a term that has no direct translation into English but basically a nice, warm and caring attitude. My Amstaph is on an NSAID that can cause liver issues do I have to do frequent bloodwork which is great because her levels increased and we had to reduce the dosage so as not to cause severe liver damage. I find the front desk staff lovely. The office manager has been at the practice for two decades and has always been very kind and professional in my dealings.“
