I’ve only been going to Hale a handful of times and I wish I had found this place sooner. My beard can get a bit out of control. Hale helped tame it and gave me some great tips on how to take better care of it. The haircuts and trims are always top notch. The atmosphere is inviting and I always enjoy my conversations. With the hot towels and refreshments, she really knows how to pamper her clients with those added touches.

They are so friendly and complementary drinks are a nice touch adding to the hospitality. Very receptive and listening artists. It’s hidden in the plain sight (UConn Community-wise). They also have a board to advertise the local businesses that I loved. Also, I couldn’t get over how good the products that they use smell, they have a whole shelf for sale too.

Been going to Hales since they opened. Now that I have been a returning customer for so long I’ve learned that Haley is truly a hard working, kind and genuine person! You can tell that she cares so much about her barber shop. Always enjoy our conversations and the quality of haircuts for myself and my 2 sons. Also love how easy it is to book appointments. Highly recommend Hales!
