This place is fantastic! Both my daughter and I train here, and it's been a great experience. As a newcomer to BJJ, I was warmly welcomed into the adult classes and have been enjoying it so much. My daughter also thrives in her classes, building both confidence and skills. Jeff and the other coaches are excellent, creating a positive and inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of skill level, is supported in their journey to improvement and also get to have fun! As a woman, I really appreciate the welcoming atmosphere for female students. Additionally, the facility itself is so nicely designed - not to mention clean - more than any other gym I've been to. Training here is great for developing confidence, self defense, and resilience, and it's great exercise too. Don't hesitate to give it a try - you won't regret it

Dr. Kaplowitz is amazing. Having had suffered severe lower back pain for months and having no other chiropractors help, I saw improvement with Dr. K within the first appointment. We set up a plan together for me to return for adjustments and after only a couple of months I feel better than ever and am able to go on long hikes. Dr. K also treats all his patients like friends and is understanding and his appointments are something I actually look forward too each week!

I am VERY specific about my hair, and being a bit of a blow out junkie, I know the minute a stylist starts the first tug whether it's going to go my way. No limp wrists here! I have been twice and both Erica and AJ did an amazing job, AND it lasted more than one day. I did a treatment (Love that they do this, not normally available at blow dry bars) as it was looking frazzled. I left feeling slicker, smoother and dare I say sexier? Well I did. And they were quick. Lovely new salon, great parking. Easy, not a rip off and bought bagels from the store next door on way home. All in all a win win. I am doing this once a week, with membership it's completely worth it. I have also started to do colour here every three weeks. And my twice yearly keratin treatment. I used to live in Los Angeles and London so I have had MANY stylists over the years. I am so grateful this salon exists. It is ALWAYS spot on. Whoever does it, I leave polished and good to go. Ruben is a great barber and he's running a great barbershop. He cuts my hair and my kids' hair and he's the best barber we've been to in town. Fair prices, takes appointments, runs on time and really cares about his work. Been coming here for years and have never seen anyone leave disappointed. Comfortable, local shop. Highly recommended.
