ABA Appliance are life savers! They were recommended to us by the company we purchased our dishwasher from after they said they didn't currently offer service and the manufacturer wanted to charge an exorbitant amount just to come out and look at it. The tech was incredibly friendly and helpful. Gave us an honest opinion to prepare us for the worst, but only charged us for the parts we needed when we ultimately lucked out. Would use them again or recommend to anyone in a second.

Have had them out to my home a couple times to fix appliances. Found their prices to be fair and appreciated their expertise. On one occasion, when the problem was a matter of operator error on my part, they did not charge me for coming to look at the problem and get me sorted out.

Steve's ABA was very honest and helpful when I called them to look at my electric range. My oven control board was fried during a brown out caused by storm Isaias in August 2020. I called several appliance repair contractors before I called Steve's. All of the other companies were going to come out and charge me a service fee just to look at the range. Steve's checked on the availability of the oven control board for the 17 year old range and gave me an approx. cost for the repair. Turns out the part was available but cost $550. Total cost with labor was $700. Bottom line: it wasn't worth fixing. Took that money and bought a new range.
