I have been using Drainworks since 2020 and they have always been fantastic with me and our home . I just had my septic pumped out this morning from John and he was very informative and showed me things I needed to see and know . Thank you again ! Melissa
Very good experience with Drainworks. Jeremy took the the time to assess my system and explain service options, avoiding unnecessary work and expense. Company is very easy to deal with, sends text & email confirmations, and arrival notifications. Pricing is reasonable, and they can deal with a variety of plumbing, pump, water heater, and water purifying systems.
They were fast and officiant they had the wrong layout of where the septic was due to old plans I believe but once pointed out they did everything great no questions.
4 stars because how nice the gentleman was But the company did cancel on us once and tried to change it out weeks later because they where getting emergency calls. Only reason we got it done a couple days later is I mentioned our toddler flushing his wipes down the toilet making us worry. I understand but when your costumer sets a time for it not to become an emergency they shouldn’t be the ones to have to accommodate.
