Stopped by after Parts Dept had already closed. Desperately needed a part as my son had his truck pulled apart. Dale rummaged around and found the part for me, when he easily could have said to come back on Monday. Blown away by the customer service, thank you!

Although I did not buy my Kia from here, I have gotten some work done at this dealership. The staff has always been super nice and made me feel welcome. The concept of the restaurant is unique and keeps you entertained while waiting. I have heard good things about the restaurant but have yet to try it. They did mention things that may need to be done next time but it was very pricey, and I am not quite sure I actually need that servicing. Otherwise, it has been a decent experience with them.

service can be good and other times can be trying. We have bought a few vehicles from here and we have also had them serviced here. They could be more thorough. On both ends. The facility is one of the best as far as presentation and cleanliness and the people are friendly.
