I was referred here by my son’s orthodontist. I will say the dentist and hygienist were fantastic! Excellent customer service and very polite with making my son feel comfortable. However The reason why I’m giving 3 stars today is because one of the front desk attendants whose name is October , as she was checking us in she asked if it was okay to take a picture for the patient file . I said yes that’s fine . My son asked her should he smile showing his braces or should he just regularly smile not showing teeth. I had not been to the dentist in a couple years, so I was feeling a bit nervous for my appointment. The staff was friendly and quickly made me feel comfortable. There was a small healthy looking fish tank upon entrance, and what appeared to be an 80 plus year old succulent farm that I found while waiting. (I will attach photo below) I came in for a checkup and to have some problem areas addressed. I left feeling great with a well laid out plan that has me excited to return. Well… as I excited as you can be to return to the dentist lol. Five star thank you!!!
Today was extraction day! Back tooth, broken many years ago. Dr. B. took the tooth with ease, no pain or discomfort at all!! This dental office is just wonderful!! Attention to the patient's comfort is of the utmost importance. Clear and concise direction and after procedure instructions. I give them 100 Gold Stars!! And, a big thank you!
