“I was referred here by my son’s orthodontist. I will say the dentist and hygienist were fantastic! Excellent customer service and very polite with making my son feel comfortable. However The reason why I’m giving 3 stars today is because one of the front desk attendants whose name is October , as she was checking us in she asked if it was okay to take a picture for the patient file . I said yes that’s fine . My son asked her should he smile showing his braces or should he just regularly smile not showing teeth. She then responded sure you can smile however you want , you can even stick your tongue out as she laughed , we both laughed but then she said “ Just as long as you don’t put of gang signs” . Now at first it didn’t really register to me what she said however the more I think about it you stereotyped my child and I feel beyond offended . I asked myself over and over again what gave her the indication that my child is a gang member??? Or even to make a joke like that towards us . I even left there being the bigger person and saying have a great day !! . Just to reiterate the only reason why it’s 3 stars is because of the hygienist and dentist we seen today .

*** Updated review 8/01 first and foremost I just want to thank Elena the dentist for personally calling me to check on my concerns from the previous visit , she is truly the most kind , genuine dentist that cares about her patients . My son returned for one last treatment and the visit was great from comforting staff , to listening to relaxing music as I drank my coffee and waited in a very clean well organized waiting area . So for those reasons I am giving 5 stars today“

She is so friendly and really takes into account my dental anxiety and checks in frequently with me throughout the process. She does such a thorough job each time and has gone above and beyond. I will definitely keep coming back.“

“I need to start off with this:
I’m not a fan of going to the dentist.
I was not a regular patient here, but i will be after the treatment and care THE WHOLE STAFF has shown me during this appointment.
I had an emergency the night before.
I gave them a call and left a message with their emergency line.
The next morning they called me saying i can come in for 11:15.
Perfect!

The establishment is beautiful! The woman at the front desk was so kind! Greeting me and making me feel so comfortable.
She got me checked in and within 2 minutes an assistant walked up and brought me to a room.
The assistant was lovely! She also made me feel comfortable.
She took quick x-rays and we talked a little while i waited for the dentist.
The dentist comes in and she is also wonderful!! She addressed my concerns, she addressed my situation, made me feel heard, asked if I had any more questions, got me on a new antibiotic and sent me on my way. I am so grateful for their kindness and hospitality. Especially during this last minute emergency appointment and I’m not even a regular patient.
Needless to say… I am now a new patient! I will love going to the dentist now!

“Dr. Danna SaidonI recently had a root canal on a tooth that had a crown. Dr. Danna explained in detail my situation due to the crown and said she would do everything she could to save the crown. She gave me the Novocain and all I felt was a pinch. I never felt any pain during the root canal and at times I closed my eyes and could have fallen asleep due to the relaxing music playing in the background and the pillow I was given for my head. Her work area is a very clean and sterile environment and that is something everyone will appreciate. Dr. Danna is the best of the best and I would highly recommend Advanced Endodontics to anyone who wants excellent service and professionalism.Thank you again,Tim I“

“I been going to bristol dental associates for 4 years now, and i finally found a dentist i trust with my care and my family dental needs. So professional, love her staff to her front desk to her dental assistants, I was suffering from tooth pain, and i called and made an appointment, unfortuntely they were booked, so i just took the next available that was close to 2 weeks away.I was so appreciative to get a call from her office that they had a cancellation for saturday to fit me in, I took the appointment, with my luck i was on call and my job called me to come in, so i had to call and cancel. Than the office called me a day later to ask how i was feeling regarding my pain, so sweet, and they said they can get me in the next day at 5:45 i jumped and took the appoitment, I was thankful that they cared that much about my teeth pain and they wanted to accomadate me and help me with my pain. I've been to alot dentists, but Dr Butler is in a class all by herself, I highly recommend her and her practice. Thank you Dr Butler and staff!!!“
