I am a 63 yr. old disabled former hospital employee,so have LOTS of experience with DR's offices. This office went above and beyond for a recent pre-op workup that I needed, short on time! Without them, I would not have made the surgery date. Erica's calm, knowlegeable manner put me at ease right away(I'm a relatively new patient). Betsy at the front desk shows to me the professionalism is through the whole office. Thank you to all. It's tough finding good health care. I have found it here!
So happy I brought my child here, the facility is super nice and clean, the receptionist was very friendly and quick, and the doctor was super friendly very good with children and did a thorough exam to find out what was wrong. In and out in a timely manner. Very satisfied and will be returning if needed.
I’ve visited a few times over the past couple of years for minor illnesses. The staff has always been very professional and caring. The clinic is clean and comfortable. I think this is a service that Colchester truly needs.
