Jason is quite knowledgeable and diagnosed and repaired my music making/recording desktop computer with 5 hard drives at a very reasonable price. With all of the time and money I have invested in this computer, I'm thankful for the great repair.

It's nice to see a brick & mortar PC store, but they were lacking the basics. I went in for an ink cartridge but the only ones they had looked like they were hanging on the wall for 10+ years. The guy said "the only newer ones I have are those" pointing to a sparse selection of about 5 boxes. The cartridge I needed wasn't new. It's the same cartridge they've been using in Epson printers for at least 5 years now. It's too bad, cuz it would he nice to have an alternative to Amazon where you can buy something and receive it same day.
