i can’t thank this establishment enough. i called about 2 minutes before they closed because my daughter dropped a sharp object on her foot and this was the closest place to us. the owner answered and told me yes i can come. (even though it was after hours at this time) we arrived and within minutes he evaluated and gave my daughter stitches. it was very clean, friendly staff and he even gave my kids candy after to help with the experience, thank you so much again! we can’t thank you enough 10/10 recommend

I called ahead to find out if I needed to go to the ER or urgent care and a young man answered saying if I come in they can let me know if I should go to the ER. When I got there, the young boy who was the nurses son was there and told him they should get me in immediately and they did. He walked me right into a clean room. The nurse was amazing. He was very kind, gentle, and accommodating. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time and even offer my boyfriend and I water. The doctor was very nice as well ran an EKG for me for piece of mind and everything was quick. No long waits, no crazy paperwork, no rude doctors. i usually don’t leave reviews but a nurse and one of the doctors took me in last minute and they were so incredibly kind and friendly:,) i didn’t feel rushed in and out like usually in norwich definitely will be back again if i ever need it you guys rock! <3
