Ash was super helpful when one of the machines went down and clothes got stuck. Made some calls, worked some magic, and made a good experience out of what could have been a bad one. Thank you, Ash, and staff!

A little pricey for third-party service, but I’m really happy with the counter service people and how easy it was to check in and out. My clothes turned out beautifully and nothing was missing.

Service is great, staff is always very helpful and fun to interact with, I go there often, I highly recommend cloths pin, colchester is the one I go to, met the owner once, based on his personal service at the store and very quick response on the phone to answer a question, I can only assume his other locations are equally well run
