The weather this past weekend caused flooding with 3+ inches of water in our 1600sqft basement. Al's came out first thing Monday morning to assess the situation and immediately got to work drying and restoring it back to its original condition. Shawn was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions regarding the process, progress and cost thoroughly along the way. They kept the needed equipment running throughout the next few days to make sure it was as clean and dry as it could get, coming back and checking on it's progress daily. The team was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a nightmare situation with a basement flood because of recent storms, and my sump pump overflowed along with breaking its switch. Sean from Al’s came over within the hour and was calm, professional, and transparent throughout. He and his team took care of extensive water damage to the carpet and drywall, mold and mildew sanitization, and sewage contamination. They also helped me deal with insurance. Everyone at Al’s was very responsive and kind in a stressful situation. I highly recommend them!
