Lost a car key and my spare was bent but workable and the electric fob didn't work. They were in the middle of moving locations but were able to work out a time close where I could go to their Clinton location to meetup with a technician. Communication was great as we traded calls and texts to get the right location and time and the product needed. Had my new key done within half an hour and the guy was very friendly and everything works well and price was lower than expected when I shopped around. If I ever have any key/lock related issues I'll definitely call them again.

Lost my house keys. Had used Rackliffe before. Called on Friday to have several locks rekeyed and needed one more deadbolt. Scheduled me for Monday. Rick, the owner came and did all the work perfectly. Very professional and highly skilled. They are a great company. Will definitely use them in the future as well. Highly recommend.
