2nd time this month, this morning i called and left a message requesting a service call. Got a call back promptly, and Jamie was here in the afternoon. 1st time replaced the kitchen faucet, today replaced a toilet. Great response, great service. courteous, and cleans up after . Will use again and recommend him.

Thank you, thank you to Jaime at Perfection Plumbing for coming out and quickly diagnosing, and fixing my burst pipe.. He also solved a mystery plumbing question, the answer to which I thought had gone forever to the grave with my Dad. I now know how to properly drain that exterior cold water line to the out buildings. Thanks, thanks.

Top notch, honest plumber. Contacted this plumber over Labor Day weekend, expecting to be pulled into an expensive solution related to a septic tank back-up. Was very pleasantly surprised by his attempt to understand the cause of my problem, properly diagnose the cause and refer me to the proper company to get the problem repaired. Perfection initiated a call back to me the day following my initial call to check back and see if I needed help. Although I never actually hired this company (because they referred me to a septic pump out company), they were extremely helpful and responsive, and never charged me.
