My style of massage techniques combines the precision of cupping for deep healing, the flow of movement/stretching and intentional patience of Myofascial Release. Sessions include a warm towel under the neck and essential oil on the feet. Treatments are custom to goals with modalities such as Cupping, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic Massage, Sports stretching to increase flexibility or a deeply relaxing Swedish and Prenatal massage.
