“I can't say enough good things about our experience having Long Hill Energy install our new minisplit system. Dustin was patient and took time to answer my many questions about system options, rebates, and his experience with other installations. He researched some of the more detailed questions I had and provided knowledgeable answers straight from Mitsubishi. His team was extremely friendly and professional. They used more than adequate protections for our walls and floors and left the rooms cleaner than when they arrived. Installation was top notch. I can usually find something I don't love about a project this large completed by a contractor but with this one I have not. Their attention to detail is fantastic from mounting the unit to the side of the house, to the line set perfectly run within the line-hide, to the carefully measured and supported drain angles within the attic. The ceiling cassettes are perfectly centered and positioned exactly where we discussed within the rooms. Having had this 10/10 experience, I will absolutely be using Long Hill in the future and would recommend them to anyone interested in their services.“
