Navigating the world of alternative therapy hacks can be discouraging. In a universe where everyone and their brother is a “yoga instructor,” who can you trust? I found the real thing, and her name is Debi Testa. Incidentally, Debi is a yoga instructor (with decades of training and experience), but she offers so much more. She offers personalized counseling and instruction and I can’t get enough!
It was such a relief to have someone really be able to listen to me! These last few years have been such a struggle and I've had difficulty making connections with others. I wanted to let you know that our working together truly helped lift my spirit.Thank you Debi.
Debi is a wonderful instructor, with knowledge and experience that extends well beyond yoga into areas such as Polarity and Bach Flower Remedies. She is dedicated to helping her clients live well. If you're in the CT shoreline area, I highly recommend taking a class!
