when i needed to recarpet my stairs, I went to Lisa for advice. i had never done business with the Clinton Floor store but found Lisa very comfortable to work with. she made some great suggestions and the carpet was available in a few days. after final install, the stairs were done to my satisfaction and I've received many compliments on them. the cost was equal to the value and I would use her again if I had another project. lisa goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy

We just had a new floor installed and the experience was excellent in every way. Terrific selection. Excellent customer service from Lisa who was so patient with our lack of knowledge and gave us more than enough time and info to help us make our choice. Installers were prompt, professional and efficient. I would shop here again in a heartbeat.

Lisa is a joy to work with. She was able to understand what I was looking for ... when I wasn’t even sure. She worked with me to get the right samples so I could make a final decision and get the job done. She has a wonderful store and was a great partner in this endeavor.
