Dr. Bernie and Adorable Pets, however, made room for us at the end of their day to ease Henry's way. They were so kind and caring - and this was the first time they met us! It was incredible. They even sent us a personalized condolence card. Our vet hasn't even followed up with us since our devastating final appointment. You can be sure we will be going to Dr Bernie when we welcome a new pup into our lives. I can't say thank you enough.“

“I brought my dog to see Dr Lamme last month and spent two hours talking about how to boost his immunity and overall health. His early start as an overvaccinated rescue dog took a toll on him and he has developed a lot of allergies and sensitivities. I did take him to a conventional vet in another area of the state to address an ear infection but nowhere near as happy with them and likely won't go back to them once the infection is under control. I will definitely go back to Dr Lamme to support my dog's continuing recovery and healing from previous insults. My dog loves him!“

They saw my broken heart and treated my Salem and I with such tenderness and kindness. Salem mattered to them, too. I had Salem cremated and had a pawprint put in clay. Bonnie did Salem's print and did such a beautiful and lovely job. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for treating Salem with such a gentle hand and heart from the beginning to the very end when I came back to get his ashes.
