I’ve been to about 5 of these and it’s always incredible. The gravity lounge chairs are comfy, blankets provided, fire going and the sounds are mesmerizing, takes me to another dimension. I literally go numb and drift to somewhere.. I don’t know where but it feels like I’m out of my body and someone else. Just let yourself go.. don’t fall asleep tho.. don’t snore, that’s not cool. Noisy. Interferes with the sounds that TK is so beautifully producing. He’s a master.. the best I’ve heard in CT. Go once. And you’ll be back. ??❤️

I just visited The Sound Retreat for the first time with my sister. We attended a group sound meditation which was one of the best I’ve been to yet. The building is so clean, cozy, relaxing and inviting. Very great energy. The Marketing Director, TK, instrumented the sound for the session and he did an exceptional job. I will definitely be back for more sound meditations and would love to check out the other events they host.

I was in a pretty bad hit and run a few weeks ago. My back was bothering me everyday since the accident. I went last night to the sound retreat and my back hasn't hurt me at all today! This is powerful medicine! Give it a try for all kinds of issues. It worked for me where other things I tried didn't.... read full review
