I absolutely loved the candlelight yoga as Kellie created a very calm, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere in the studio for our practice. I equally enjoyed the Combo class where Kellie incorporates barre, pilates and yoga. Kellie is an amazing instructor and such a kind and wonderful person!! Her studio is very charming, I just love the mural of the trees covering one entire wall. Sitting under the trees with my mat rolled out, I almost feel transported deep into a forest where I can feel their presence watching over me in the most caring and wisest of ways.“

I’m about 3 weeks into treatment and have noticed a significant improvement; the combination of active release and therapeutic ultrasound (in addition to some at-home supplemental treatments) has improved my quality of life.
