Nolan Kinne is our Trinity salesperson, and he was awesome through our whole experience. He even showed up on install day. We had a 30yr old roof, so we needed a new one and decided to do all of it through Trinity. The contract process was frustrating as another entity was involved, Sunnova. We had to take a tree down in order to get the roof done. At the time I was still in the construction industry and was very familiar with contracts and insurance clauses. The tree company, not Trinity, I had issues with. Great experience so far. After high charges by the electric company, we got in contact with CJ Romano. He came by our house, had a pleasant talk about other things, then got to solar talk and how much the whole setup was going to save us in the long run. We were pleased with the numbers and design, installation and service since. Greatly recommended and appreciate CJ for his outstanding customer service.

Timea was great from start to finish! From a hassle free first consultation to following up with us after our install, we couldn't be more pleased! We had Solar city in our first home and the install with Trinity was much cleaner.
