“I liked my Stylist. She did a great job with my hair. Though I had to wait to even be noticed that I was waiting at the counter. I had to find someone to request to help and say I had an appointment. They are also very expensive and not transparent with their prices. I’m happy with my current stylist but I had some very poor stylist there also. It depends who u go to.“

“Ive been wearing extensions for 20+ years; with the last 13 year being consistent with some type of extension in always. I’ve not taken a break and if you see my before photo you’ll understand why. My hair has always been my biggest insecurity. It’s always been thin and fine, adding in some health issues, it makes my hair even worse. I’ve also had almost every type of extension; keratin, tape and hand tied to name a few. I recently went to Kate for the IBE method and to say I’m impressed is an understatement. These are easily the best extensions I’ve ever had. Her dedication to her education on the perfect install technique is so apparent in how amazing these feel and look. I’m finally able to wear my hair up, something I’ve never been able to do with any other extension because of how fine my hair is, you could always see the extensions with my hair up and that’s a big pet peeve of mine but now I can finally wear my hair up!!! They have been extremely comfortable from the first day. No pulling or tugging or that feeling of being too tight. Extensions are a luxury service, they take dedication on our part to take care of them but I’ve never had extensions like this before. It’s definitely an investment but to me, it’s worth every penny!!!! I would absolutely recommend Kate and can’t thank her enough for giving me such beautiful hair!!!!!

“I was always interested, but leery of getting microblading done. Reflecting back now I am devastated I did not do it sooner! Erin talked me through the whole process and we collaborated on my shape for my brows. One of my biggest concerns that I had had was seeing a lot of people who had gone elsewhere for this service and had these really dark intense brows. I didn’t want to look crazy on days when I chose not to wear make up and have these unnatural brows that only look great when balanced with makeup. To say I am blown away by how good and natural mine look would be an understatement. You also know kids and men can spot fake a mile away but anyone I’ve told has been shocked because they look so soft but also full. This is a must have service with Erin. You will not regret it.“

When you're scheduled for a routine touch-up but your requests turn into a full blown color correction. Franci took on the 6-hour challenge last-minute, fighting those stubborn undertones, teaming up with Jen to produce results that went from brassy to sassy. Thank you to Laisha for jumping in to help remove the countless foils, and to Josephine for cheering on the dream team right to the finish line.
