“We recently put an addition on our house. We have dealt with multiple people working on and in our house. Maryjane from closetfactory and all of the staff were professional, honest and clear communicators. Maryjane was so accommodating and patient to explain every detail and design a perfect closet system for me- all while 4 little kids ran around! She worked with me to accommodate my budget. And she answered all of my questions, without making me feel silly. The gentleman that installed the closet also was so kind and professional. He laid down cloth in the house to prevent any dirt from his shoes. He notified me when he would be arriving and leaving. And Josh, the scheduler was so professional. He scheduled my installment and even called me back to confirm later in the day (because I was unsure if the carpet was going to be installed in time). The quality of the material is great and it’s so beautiful! I’m so happy with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone considering!“
