“Jim came to repair a previous repair to our wooden shingles siding … the prior repair was not nailed in properly, and had no flashing between siding and roof, so water damage had accrued. Jim checked entire area, removed board to add rubber barrier under shingles, re-nailed board properly, caulked, and even caulked around windows above where he saw areas of concern. Above and beyond.
