We had many consultations with different companies but none were able to see or understand what we envisioned until we met met with Closet Factory. All we wanted was to have black built ins installed floor to ceiling on one wall of our office. All other companies tried to talk us out of it (mostly because they didn’t carry black as an option and just wanted our business anyway). From consult to install the process with Closet Factory was seamless and everyone we worked with there was so unbelievably kind; all they wanted to do was make us happy. Closet Factory built an incredible walk in for two closets for our house in Litchfield. Sales rep, Jordan, was on time, and designed them on the spot. Very professional. Installers were awesome. Both closets came out better then we expected. Will use again
