I typically don't leave reviews but felt compelled to do so after the service received today. Chuck was professional, polite and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to explain the entire process of the septic cleaning and filter replacement. Luckily, I switched to SSS because the previous septic company was not removing the other cover which was resulting in the tank essentially being half cleaned each time. This was evident by the build up of solids. In addition to properly cleaning the tank, Chuck also managed to carefully remove the turf above the covers and reinstall upon completion of the cleaning which was awesome. We needed inspection and evaluation of a septic system for a house we wanted to purchase. New to the area, Suburban was recommended to us. We were very pleased with the services we received from Jeff and Nick. The work was completed quickly and we found them both very professional and easy to work with
