“I started at Sculpt just over a year ago. I never pictured myself a "gym" person. I started personal training with Katie, she was amazing! So easy to get along with & was patient with me since I've never been to a gym. After a few months I moved to the semi-private classes & love it! The trainers & group of people in the classes are great to be around. Everyone goes at their own pace but they push you to do better! Being here has not only helped me but it has helped my family. My kids see their parents taking care of their health & they want to be part of it. My older daughter comes to classes & my youngest loves working out at home with dad. They also are more aware of their eatting habits. Ben & his team are amazing. I highly recommend Sculpt!“

“Fit Bar 111 is the place to go if you need to stay motivated while having fun working out. Guided boot camp style workouts are well thought out and effective. Owner is knowledgeable and the place is very non-threatening! So many great equipment options to keep it interesting. Nice and clean, too- and so cute inside.“
“This is a great gym, although it's not your typical "planet fitness". When I started going to AF I met with a trainer who assessed my needs and tailored a workout specifically for me. Using the app on my phone I can follow the workout plan on my own, but there is almost always a coach on site to help. The gyms I've joined in the past were basically just using the machines and hoping I was doing it right lol. They also try to encourage a sense of community with gym members which is really awesome.“

“I love this gym. I’ve been a member at a few different fitness facilities and use to own my own gym so I’m kind of picky. The staff is amazing, the gym is VERY clean, everyone is so welcoming. “YES Fitness is a godsend. I am six months into my first strength-building program, and I am amazed by the changes in my body. My fitness coach meets me where I am at every workout, and since I am a person with Parkinson’s Disease, that can be a challenge. At YES, I always feel supported, but never coddled.
