Nicole gives a fantastic and thoughtful massage. She took the time to understand my needs and focused on areas that I’d always had overlooked in previous massages. I walked away feeling relaxed, but also on the mend. She was very helpful in recommending specific exercises and stretches to do at home as well. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
Went for a medical massage at Zensitivity on Federal Rd. and it was amazing. Clean, safe and relaxing environment. Massage was amazing, targeted all my needs and left me feeling much better. I will definitely be back!
