The ladies that took care of me were amazing! Crissy was the most friendly And caring MA that I’ve ever come across and I’ve met quite a few. Lynn the nurse practitioner was lovely as well so relaxed and understanding. I felt Right At Home there and got taken care of right away. Receptionist was wonderful and printed off an extra copy of my referral and fax it to my orthopedic office. All around I’d say five stars out of five!!! Great care!
The staff at Brookfield Urgent care this morning, Sunday Oct. 27th, were exceptional! I was made aware of a possible wait time with the utmost of honesty. The kind professionalism was clear and genuine. The knowledge of the provider was reassuring. As a fellow medical professional, I am proud to be associated with these particular gentlemen. In the past, have had negative experiences at this urgent care, but it has since been taken over by Yale New Haven health recently and the latest 2 experiences have been very good. Pa David is exceptionally knowlegeable and shows concern for patient care.
