I brought my laptop to Jack because one of the hinges broke. Once the parts came in, I brought him my laptop and he fixed it the same day, so I was able to pick it up the next day. The quality of the repair is fantastic, and his pricing was extremely fair. If I have any other computer hardware issues, I will not hesitate to come see Jack!
