Master Tsai is an excellent instructor for children and adults, beginners as well as advanced martial artists. He creates a safe, fun, and challenging learning environment. I am always grateful for an opportunity to be taught by him!

Coming from a family of traditional southern style Choi li fut kung fu in California, I was searching for the quality martial art in Fairfield county CT that embodied similar philosophies to practicing/learning/living. This is it. My family has been with Master Tsai since early 2020 and we can't think of another place that nurtures the martial spirit the way he and his students do. So glad to be part of this community.

Master Tsai is the BEST!!!!!! We decided on his studio the moment we saw his class. His dedication and positivity bring the best in our kids. He is a great martial art practitioner AND a wonderful mentor. It is more than the martial arts skills we learn. WE LOVE Handol!
