I'm so happy I got my glasses at Walmart. My first language isn't English, but it didn't matter because they made an effort to make sure I understood EVERYTHING. They have a wide variety of eyewear styles and excellent prices.
They made my glasses in two or three days and notified me every day until I was finally able to pick them up. I went to pick them up with just five minutes to close, and they treated me very kindly and didn't mind me taking up their time. I highly recommend them!
I've been going here for the past 12 years. It's always the same eye doctor which is very nice. The staff is professional, I wouldn't say overly friendly, but not mean or rude at all. Prices are reasonable for contacts and eyeglasses.
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses for my son, that was a month ago, 2 weeks ago I called inquiring about the status of the glasses and was told that they had to be sent back to the lab because they didn't pass inspection. As of today I can't get through to Walmart eye center nor the main number for the store, no one is answering any phones. I am going to have to make a special trip to the store which is not close, just to figure out what is going on. I am pretty disgusted with this.
