What a great dental practice and first visit to Mondovi Dental . The dentist and hygienists as well as the office staff were all wonderful. The dentist and hygienist took the time to talk with me, answered any questions I had and were very personable. Highly recommend
Mondovi Management,I always get my teeth cleaned by the Dental Hygenist named Shamaila. She is very pleasant and always does a great job. My last visit was not as pleasant for me. Not because of the Hygenist. Apparently, the new owner (Mondovi) is so concerned about collecting data that the patients are subjected to listening to noisy entries into the computer program that Hygenists are required to make to track each tooth being cleaned. I think the efficiency experts that are tracking down to each tooth being cleaned as well as the time consumed by the Hygenists to do their job have forgotten the most important part of this program ...........................,....THE...read full review
I love the dentist (Daniel Paik) and his hygienists. The girl in billing not so much. I offered to pay after each visit (both within 2 weeks) and was told to wait for insurance. Then a week later I get a bill saying I’m late. She actually took the time to write her own little message that, ‘payment is due when services are rendered!’. How insulting! Very unprofessional. I would have given 5 stars if not for the office manager and her arrogance. She never apologized for the insult but the girls in the front did. Other than that, I love them! They’re quick (don’t keep you waiting), efficient and very friendly. Except the OM.
