Another company I reached out to never got back to me when I asked further questions about our setup even after they had done our recent AC work. Needless to say we will be sticking with Shaffer Beacon from here on our!We found out our unit was hooked up all wrong and Shaffer Beacon came within days to fix our situation. They give a very detailed qoute that was affordable and Brent explained every step of the process and educated us on why we needed a different furnace setup and why ours was unsafe.They showed up prompt on Monday and spent two days completely redoing our furnace setup.
