Left melted water from the ladder on the carpet..a mess I cleaned up. He asked me what areas in the house needed to be checked... something he should have checked. I didn't think of the storage areas, which didn't get checked. Nice young man but not as thorough as others.

We had Mike come out to do a termite inspection on a home we purchased before moving in. He was on time, communicative, and explained why he was looking at what he was looking at. Knowledgeable and friendly, great experience

We've used Guardian for at least 8 years. They are extremely responsive to our needs and, since we also started using them for our mosquito and tick control the past 4 years, our summers out back are mosquito free. Adam just serviced us today - a delightful young man and very thorough.
