We have been using Fontaine for 8 years now and are extremely pleased with them. We love that we can call and have someone answer the phone and lead us in the right direction. Every single employee from the receptionists to the techs are so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They are current on the new technology with the balance of old school customer service. We had Chad and Dante come out today to repair a leak in the AC that was discovered by Fred previously. The guys that come out are always respectful of our home and keep us informed as they work. Highly recommend Fontaine if you want reliable, fair, friendly service.
My AC compressor died in the middle of a heatwave! This was my first summer in a new house and I didn't have any working knowledge of the equipment. Fontaine came out within 24 hours and patiently worked with me to diagnose the problem, and come up with options to solve it at all different price points. Within two weeks of the first call, my system is replaced. The crew in the office and the technicians were friendly and responsive and explained everything as they went. Would happily recommend them and will hire them again if the need arises.
My 15 year old air handler died at the end of an early July heatwave. I mistakenly decided to call an HVAC outfit that installed new systems at my neighbor's units. The technician they sent out needed to bring in a more experienced technician and they never gave a clear picture of what was broken. Getting a quote on a new system was equally disappointing.
