    Awesome group to workout with and Lynn is fantastic! Everyone works to their own ability and Lynn will alter the work outs if you have a disability. Was not working out for over 9 months and finally started back beginning of Feb. and have already made a huge difference in my body both loosing weight and getting back muscle and definition in my arms/shoulders. Getting to the gym 4 x a week has never been so much fun!!!

    This is a great little spot in Bristol! You will get a killer work out here, but it is also great for beginners. The staff and members are very warm, and genuine people who always know how to make a workout fun! The classes have members with many different fitness levels so you will always feel comfortable yet challenged. I've seen a lot of improvement in myself since I started attending. There is a lot of variety in the workouts which I love and I'm never bored. Lynn knows her stuff!!

    I was so nervous to start, that I wouldn't be able to keep up with others in the class. But Lynn has been so supportive and encouraging and has helped me push myself to be successful here. For the first time I have found a gym that I love going to, feel comfortable and actually look forward to going! I would recommend Fierce Fitness to anyone looking to make a change in their health and fitness-no matter where you are starting from!
