Not an actual florist...no store in Bristol..just a wire service like 1800flowers...this is deceiving...as someone else stated this is fraud as the actual address is an Eys Care Office.

Terrible Customer Service. I order flowers and they were never delivered. They lied to me telling me they were delivered. Do not order from them. I'm reading some bad reviews about them. I have yet to hear from them on my refund. Never again! Horrible -they do not get back to you, when you e-mail them or call them!!!!!

This isn't a real florist. 780 King Street, Bristol CT is Family Eye Care office, this business is posing as a florist to get your money and even worse take business away from the local mom and pop florist that are legitimate businesses here in Bristol, CT. Do your research on who you shop with and spend your hard earned money with don't be scammed by this fake florist shop front.
