Zach recently helped us redo our downstairs bathroom and create a laundry nook. He transformed our basic toilet, sink & washing machines into a full bathroom with a large shower. He found empty space behind our bathroom wall and created a beautiful laundry nook. Zach was patient and did every detail from painting to cutting our handmade tiles to fit the shower perfectly. Zach gave his professional opinion when asked, while also fully committing to our vision. He gave us advice on where to shop for which products and what the most modern looks are. We had Zach redo our bathroom . Wow- experience is key! He was quick and detailed- we couldn’t be happier with the end result . If you use Upton properties you will not be disappointed!
Zach did a phenomenal job replacing our front steps and building a custom portico on our house. He and his crew were on time, professional and did great work. Really went above and beyond in every way and communicated clearly throughout the job. He was very reasonable and I can't say enough about the quality and attention to detail.
