I wish I could give negative stars on this agency, I I came here in hopes of help in buying a plane ticket. However the travelers that were traveling were three girls, two of which were younger than 14. When buying these tickets the people who help me buy the plane ticket never told me they weren’t allowed to travel alone and that this agency didn’t provide stewardess. So I bought this plane ticket without knowing this information. Now that I have paid that they tell us that the two travels under the age of 14 can’t travel because they are too young. I have been trying to get a Certificate of Insurance for an insured of Rohuer for nearly 2 months. It has been requested by the company I work for and the insured many times, and Rohuer simply does not respond. Their phones just ring then go to voice mail -- and the voice mailbox is full so I cannot leave a message. I've been in the insurance industry for 11 years and have never come across any insurance company that flat out does not respond. What would happen if there was a claim, God forbid. There are lots and lots of reputable insurance agencies out there .. choose one of them.
