4 calls to find out why our business account was no longer connecting to Quickbooks. 4 calls to customer service and one conversation with a manager, and to a person, they could not help. Their customer service centers should be renamed customer prevention centers. The people try to be nice, but they are poorly trained and unhelpful. I was hung up on twice while being told they would have to check with someone and was told by my first call that they would call me back with an asnser. I gave up after 3 hours. Very expensive, not very tech savvy, and painful to deal with.

Hi! I love People's United Bank! What I don't love, however, is the card reader that opens the ATM at the bank's freakin' headquarters not working for TWO months or more! WTF!! Mentioned this problem to employees inside the bank three weeks ago and they said it was being addressed. What happens this weekend, as the People's United Bank HQ freakin' headquarters is being used for a rappelling-down-the-building fundraiser?!? People still can't use the freakin' ATM because the card reader is still not working! You can't make this up. Hope the rappelling folks didn't need an ATM! Had a fun time talking with ATM customers about this ongoing problem though! Carry on!
