I've lived in Waterbury for years and always got my nails done there. No discount, no freebies, nothing. Day 1 at Madeleyne's and they offered me wine or something to drink, I got freebies, faster and nicer service at the same price, and it was just a wonderful experience. Definitely going back!!!!
