From start to finish, I had the amazing privilege of dealing with one person and one person only.
Yeisel Sanchez, a very soft spoken, professionally speaking woman. Yeisel was nothing but kind, professional, pleasant while being encouraging. She was easy to talk too and with. I was even able to vent one day and she was so helpful without being judgemental. (It had nothing to do with my case). My only regret is that I will not get to meet her in person to thank her face to face. I am in the customer service business and it's not easy at times. But I received top notch customer service and care with Jonathan Perkins law firm.
